Accessibility statement
Last updated: November 1, 2026
StoreDuet is a system for managing inventory and syncing products between online stores, run by Redix Digital. We want everyone to be able to use the site, people with disabilities included. This statement was written under regulation 35 of Israel's Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Accessibility Adjustments to Service) Regulations, 2013, and applies to https://storeduet.com. The system itself has an accessibility statement of its own.
This translation is provided for convenience. Where it differs from the Hebrew version, the Hebrew version prevails.
1. Level of accessibility
The site was made accessible under the Israeli standard IS 5568, which is based on the WCAG 2.0 guidelines, at level AA. We also work to WCAG 2.1, and check accessibility again with every change to the site.
2. What we did on the site
- The site is available in Hebrew, Arabic, English and Russian, and each page sets its language and writing direction.
- A clear structure: headings in order, and marked regions for the header, the menu, the content and the footer. A "Skip to content" link appears on the first press of Tab.
- Every link, button and field can be reached with the keyboard, and where you are is clearly marked.
- Every picture has a description. The screens of the system on the home page are read as one picture, with a description of what they show.
- Text color contrast meets the standard, in light mode and in dark mode.
- Every form field has a visible label. An error message is written in words and tied to its field, and after sending, the focus moves to the answer.
- The motion on the home page stops for anyone whose device settings ask for less motion, and it can also be stopped with the button in the header.
- The site fits phones and computers, and can be zoomed to 200% without losing content.
3. Other companies' pages
Signing in with Google, and approving a connection inside WooCommerce, Shopify or Wolt, happen on those companies' own pages, whose accessibility is theirs to look after. Having trouble there? Write to us and we'll help.
4. Compatibility
The site is designed to work in current versions of Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox, on computers and phones, with a keyboard and with assistive technologies such as screen readers.
5. Physical service
StoreDuet's service is given on the site, in the system and by email, and there is no place where customers are received.
6. Exemptions
No exemptions or reliefs from the accessibility duties were granted to the site.
7. Contacting us about accessibility
Ran into a problem, or is something on the site not accessible to you? Write to us at support@storeduet.com. It helps to include the page's address, what you tried to do, and which browser and assistive technology you used. Requests about accessibility are handled first.
