Terms of use
Last updated: November 1, 2026
These terms apply to using the StoreDuet system at https://storeduet.com, run by Redix Digital. Using the system means you agree to them and to the privacy policy.
1. The service
StoreDuet is a system for managing the stock of several online stores in one place. Among other things, it lets you:
- Connect WooCommerce and Shopify stores and a Wolt venue.
- See and update the stock of all the stores, and sync quantities between them.
- Close on Wolt the items that ran out on the sites, and take off the sites the stock sold on Wolt.
- Upload a new product to several stores at once.
- See orders from all the stores, if you turn the Orders page on.
- See in the activity log every change sent to the stores.
We keep developing the system and may add, change or stop features. We'll give as much notice as we can of a change that affects how you use it.
2. Joining and your account
- Joining is by invitation only. The system is meant for businesses and users aged 18 and over.
- The details you give must be accurate.
- You're responsible for keeping your password and the Google account you sign in with safe, and for every action taken in your account. If you suspect someone else got into it, write to us at support@storeduet.com right away.
3. Connecting stores and permissions
- When you connect a store, you allow the system to read its products, stock and orders, and to change in it what you asked for: quantities, new products, availability on Wolt and order status. While sync is on, the system changes the stores' stock on its own, following sales and changes in the other stores.
- You confirm that you're allowed to connect these stores and give the system these permissions.
- A store can be disconnected at any time. Disconnecting removes the store from the system but changes nothing in the store itself. The access key or app is removed in the store.
- Using the stores themselves is also subject to the terms of WooCommerce, Shopify and Wolt.
- The names and marks of WooCommerce, Shopify, Wolt and Google are trademarks of their owners. We mention them only to say which platforms the system works with, and this does not mean they recommend or sponsor StoreDuet.
4. Responsibility for the data in your stores
The system sends changes to the stores according to what you set and do in it. Stores and platforms aren't always available, and an update can be delayed: for example, sync between the sites takes up to about a minute, and Wolt takes an update every 15 minutes. So a unit may sometimes be sold twice, or stock may show wrongly for a while.
- Check that your settings, such as the safety buffer and the products kept out of sync, suit your business.
- Keep backups of your stores. The system doesn't replace a backup.
- A permanent deletion of a product in a store can't be undone.
5. Your customers' details
If you turn the Orders page on, the system keeps your customers' details. You're responsible for them toward your customers, including a privacy policy in your store and complying with the law. We process them only on your behalf, as explained in the privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- Use the system for anything illegal, or connect a store you have no right to manage.
- Try to reach another business's data, get around permissions or security, or test for weaknesses without written permission.
- Overload the system, disrupt it, or run it with automated tools that weren't provided to you.
- Copy the system, sell it, or give others access to it without permission.
We may limit or block access for anyone who breaks these terms.
7. Price
The commercial terms for using the system, if any, are set in a separate agreement between Redix Digital and the business. A price change won't apply to a period already paid for.
8. Intellectual property
The system, its code, its design, the name StoreDuet and Redix Digital's marks belong to Redix Digital. The products, pictures and data in your stores belong to you, and you allow us to use them only to run the system for you.
9. Availability
We try to keep the system running without interruptions, but we don't promise it. There may be maintenance and faults, ours or those of the providers and platforms the system works with. The service is provided as is.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Redix Digital won't be liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as lost revenue, a double sale or a delayed stock update, or for faults in the stores, Wolt, Google or other providers. Our liability for any damage won't exceed what you paid for the service in the 12 months before the event.
Nothing in these terms takes away a right the law gives you that can't be waived.
11. Stopping
- You can stop using the system at any time: disconnect the stores, and ask at support@storeduet.com to delete the account. It will be deleted within 30 days, as explained in the privacy policy.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and in a serious case without notice.
- If we decide to stop the whole service, we'll give at least 30 days' notice.
12. Governing law
Israeli law governs these terms. The competent courts of the Tel Aviv district have exclusive jurisdiction.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We'll give notice of a material change in the system or by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. Using the system after that means you agree to the updated terms.
